BluVision has 5 20 sample racks, totaling 100 sample holders. The sample capacity is 3.5-10ml, with positions for 30 50ml reagents, standard stock solution, and QC detection solution. During analysis, the sample and reagent rack can be cooled.
The analyzer is equipped with 160 colorimetric dish plates for testing positions, and the colorimetric dish groups can be automatically loaded into the colorimetric dish plates through an automatic loading system. The automatic loader can automatically add a total of 640 colorimetric dishes for testing runs without any manual intervention. The colorimetric dish has a constant temperature control function.
The colorimetric dish array eliminates any carried contamination between samples. After analysis, the used colorimetric dish is safely transferred to a dedicated waste bin for storage. If toxic chemical reagents are used, the colorimetric dish can be treated separately to eliminate contamination from residual waste liquid.
The instrument uses a pipette to dispense samples and reagents into a colorimetric dish. This pipette can preheat the sample and reagents before dispensing. Long life and high-precision pumps are used for sample and reagent pipetting.
The detector of the BluVision analyzer is equipped with a halogen light source and a rotating wheel with 8+6 (optional) filters of different wavelengths, so BluVision can analyze multiple different indicators at once without any manual intervention. Filters can be easily switched for measuring different parameters.
The optical path of the colorimetric cell is 15mm, which can meet the precise high sensitivity ppb level detection
BluVision is an unmanned fully automated analyzer that can automatically prepare standard series in reserve solution during each run, automatically dilute or perform reanalysis on samples beyond the specified range.

The BluVisionTM intermittent analyzer is fully controlled by a computer. The instrument has a built-in touch screen display that provides all relevant information about the instrument, such as instrument status, colorimetric cell, and sample tray temperature. In addition, a series of tasks can also be performed through the display, such as loading a colorimetric cell, switching filters, and so on.
The analyzer runs analysis, data collection, and calculation through the comprehensive software package DiscreteAccessTM, which meets the needs of all laboratories. Adopting an easy-to-use interface, the operator can quickly start the analyzer. Each analysis run can be set in batches or randomly entered. Users can input the label of each sample or import relevant information from LIMS. Once the parameters to be analyzed are selected, the analyzer can be started.
The analyzer can pre dilute the sample. If the sample exceeds the range during analysis, it can be automatically reanalyzed within different analysis ranges, or automatically diluted and reanalyzed afterwards.
The software has a large number of QC functions that meet the requirements of CLP and 21 CFR part 11, including password protection, data integrity, data security, and audit tracking. The final result is printed or output to LIMS in a user-defined report format for further data processing.
